i need to know if i put borders on my movies will it increase the image quality?
i also need to know if i can somehow increase the size of my movie without damaging the picture quality![]()

I don't think that anything can be done to improve the quality of an existing video. If you increase the size of it, that won't improve it at all, it would just make it fuzzy but bigger. If you have a poor source to start with, there isn't really much you can do. Get a better source, or buy the original!!!

Well, crap in crap out. However, you can resize the framesize, but reencoding is necessary and sure, you will loose quality with every lossy conversion.
