    Can some body tell me which program to use to cut a MPEG2 file for (X)SVCD.??? I used TMPGenc to cut MPEG2 but only 1 audio stream is present the other audio stream is gone even though the source have 2 audio stream.

    You must demultiplex with TMPGEnc : one video output. m2v
    one audio output.mp2
    the second audio output .mp2


    And after you must work with BBMPEG is the only encodeur can work with 2 audio stream and you can cut with it.
