when i download difrent kinde of avi files and conevert them to vcd and burn them its all ok but somtimes i need to put the volume higher to hear what the say and for the other file i need to put down the volume or its to high
is there a way to level alle sound in the difrent files to one position ...

You could use the function in TMPGEnc
Setting > Audio > Use Audio edit > setting > Normalize
But a better way perhaps, would be to load the "AVI" into www.goldwave.com (It takes the audio) then maximize it, and save as a uncompressed 44.100Hz WAV file for later use in TMPGEnc
