  1. Ok Here is the Deal. I have children that like to put their grubby little hands on any thing and everything so for the longest time I have made copys of my music cd's and playstation games and then stored the original in a safe place. Anytime the copy gets messed up I can just burn another of of the original. I have decided know that I have a DVD burner I would like to do the same to my DVD collection. I was wodering if there is a program out there that would allow me to do this with as little of my input as possible. ie Start program. Insert original DVD. Click Start. Program analyzes and rips. Insert DVDR. Click Continue. Program then automatically reencodes to fit entire DVD onto DVDR keeping all content and menus. Program automatically burns DVD. Take out DVDR and play on standalone DVD player.

I am tired of Ripping manually, trying to figure out what should stay and what shouldnt. Rencoding manually. Burning manually. Too much work and I am a busy person. Any ones suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

  4. Another question dealing with this. If I were to use smartripper to rip all the files off of the DVD onto my HD in a folder called VIDEO_TS. Could I then intern manually reencode each Vob to make it smaller and then burn the hole folder back to a DVDR without touching any of the other files? I dont totally understand all of the options in ifoedit and I would prefer to not cut anything. I want it to be the same as the original exept at a lower bitrate. Thanks again.
