    I got them message and TMPGenc would do what was trying to do.

    What does that mean, and how can I fix it?

    P3Package.dll is part of the TMPGEnc package, that you downloaded. All files must be extracted to the same directory.

    I'm not sure what I was doing wrong.

    What do you mean by extracted TO a directory?

    Exctract all files in the tmpgenc zip file to a folder then go to that folder and start tmpgenc.exe or make a shortcut to tmpgenc.exe.

    Ok, I'll check this afternoon when I'm in front of that computer.

    But I'm pretty sure that I did that already. I seldom ever leave the files of a program I want to keep in the Unzipped folder.

    I'll check back soon.
