  1. What do i need to make this accept a svcd file and convert it to vcd

  2. You need an MPEG2 codec installed. You have to be able to view the mpeg file in Windows Media Player for TMPGEnc to be able to decode it and convert it to anything else.
    Only 3 things are certain in life... Death, Taxes, and SPAM. Of these, only Death seems affordable!

  4. you can look on this site under CONVERT. or you can go to www.tmpgenc.net/e_main.html and get TMPGEnc v2.54a and VFAPI plug in.

  5. i got that vfapi plugin an dcopy it to the tmpgenc folder then ran the install.bat and a little box pops up with some writing then says finished but it still wont accept the svcd file
