I have tried a few different types of disc's and can't seem to get any DVD-R's to play on this thing. If you've been able to get them to play, please tell me what you did to make it work.

Here's what I've tried to play on it: The first set of DVD-R's I tried were no-name media authored with Power Director & burned with Nero & a Pioneer A04. The AUDIO_TS & VIDEO_TS are in the root and it was authored with menu's, chapter's & had Power DVD set to auto-run. The second set were exactly the same except that they were PrimeDisc DVD-R media & no menu's chapter's or Power DVD.

Unfortunately I don't have a burner yet & a friend is the one burning these for me. So if anyone has any insight, or ideas, on how to get this thing to play DVD-R, I'd greatly appreciate it. TIA
