SVCD with 2 audio tracks....

ok, here is my problem:

i have a svcd movie (english sound) and now i've downloaded the german sound too...
now i want to compbine this german sound to the english movie, that i can play the movie on my dvd-stand-alone-player and select between the german and the english sound!
which program do i have to use? what codec i have to install? does anyone have a turtorial?

Rip the mpeg stream from the svcd, demultiplex video and audio, multiplex video and 2 audio streams. But the resulting mpeg file may not fit to the CD after that... You can use TMPGenc's mpeg tools to perform this conversion.
