Can anyone recommend a good cdrw drive? I have heard that some drives don't burn 80 min cds. I usually make xvcd's which take the entire disc. Any help would be appreciated.

These days most CD-R(W) writer drives will go up to 700MB (80mins). What you should check is if the burner has so called burn-proofing (which will stop you burning coasters due to buffer underrun) and also checkout if the firmware can be upgraded for future uses i.e. +90min CD-R's.
