Which DVD burner out of the box will burn copies of DVDs for any DVD player utilizing standard DVD+R DVD’s?
Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks for your time.

None.
The key word is 'any'. There will always be a few players that don't like burned discs, your media, your burning program, your burner or your authoring or encoding program. That's less of a problem with DVD backups, but it would depend on whether you are asking about DVD-5's or DL DVD-9's.
The media you use is the most important item. Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim and a few other top brands will give you fairly high compatibility. For dual layer, only Verbatim + is consistent at present.
For a burner suggestion, the newer Pioneer burners are popular. And you might look into 'Bitsetting' for the highest compatibility.
