    How do I rip the sound off this file and encode the film to mpeg 2 to put to dvd

    Virtualdub with the right codecs installed.

    http://download.microsoft.com/download/winmediatech40/Install/8.0/WIN98Me/EN-US/wmpcdcs8.exe

    (Watch out for word wrap with the link)
