where is the registry information in the program? what file(s)?

Im not real sure type regedit into your run bar and when it pulls up look in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE ,software. It should be in there some were. I dont use it so i am not for sure of the exact files.
This is proboly a ice cream induced thought so i can not take no control for the above statment. :P -
I don't think you'll find it in the registry, the programme doesn't install itself.
I've just done a registry search and came up with a mention in Direct 3D as the most recent application used

copy the above text to notepad and save the file as
TMPEG_RESET.reg
Then Double-clickit to get more SVCD encoding time. -
