PC Info:

All-In-Wonder Pro 128.
I am trying to capture 480x480 at 9M bit/Sec using I Frames only. However, when Windows does it screen update I get dropped frames. And since it does this every few minutes, I'm averaging about 1% to 2% Dropped frames.
Is there a way to turn of the Auto screen update?
