I Drunken Master dvd to xvcd with a cq of about 75, give or take 5. max 1150 min 300 bitrate.
Anyway, I gotta file of 746 MB!!! Dropped it in to nero, turned the compliance off and it's too big. video length is 102 1/2 minutes. In nero, it says 86. Being under 800 MB, shouldn't it be under 80 minutes in nero?
Any ideas why it says there's not enough on my 80 minute cd's?

702/807 ring a bell?
for VCD compliance, HDD max file size is 807MB,
non compliance or other format 702MB, (I think I got by to 720MB with overburnt option on). -
On your system stream setting, did you have the stream setting set to mpeg-1 video-cd (non-standard)?
