    System = winxp pro

    HDD = c: d: both ide
    just added E: as raid 1 using sata drives with pci controller

    We have set the power to HDD to cut off after 20 minutes of non use.

    Will the raid drives also power down after 20 minutes of non use?

    I'd expect to find RAID power settings in the "pci controller" driver.
