    I wouldn't go past DVDit PE or Pinnacle Impression DVD Pro (although the latter requires special hardware to work properly, unless you go for the stripped-down software-only version, Impression DVD SE). Both are more professional than Ulead DVD MovieFactory but not as intense as ReelDVD, Scenarist & all the other high-end apps out there.
