I'm trying to capture my 8mm home movies and convert to VCD or SVCD. I have VirtualDub to capture and will convert with TMPEGEnc. I am looking for the best results. Not too worried with size.
What res should I capture in? Should I apply filters to the capture? Specific codec? Been using Huffy.
Just tired of trial-and-error. Looking for some tips.
Thanks
