Can I download from ARDMEDIATHEK?

I have been trying for about 6 hours now. It is a 7329.7 MB file, but every time I think I have downloaded it , it stops just before it reaches the full size. My record is 0.1 Mb short: 7329.6 Has is to do with the fact that I do not live in Germany? I used a site, which I thought would do it for me: https://4kdownloadguru.com/how-to-download-ardmediathek-videos/ I found other ways, but those only allow me to download in small sizes and not so good quality. Would be so pleased.

Check custom arguments and insert the code like in the pic.

Yes, that works, but that link is a link right to the video. I can also download the video with the browser. I was thinking I could download just from the link of the ard site and that yt-dlp interface software.
