When I burn my file which I have converted using TMPGEnc it gliches like stop's for 1/2 a second the starts again may be 3 or 4 times in the film, any one any sugestions? I'm using NERO 5.5.8.2. The TMPGEne file is set to a DVD template and the file it produces when whatched if fine so I guess it's the burning ? I'm using spuce to author

could it be your player/medium. I have had a pioneer DVD-r burner for about 6 months now and have changed my standalone player to one that handle DVD-r better than my original (a samsung DVD511). My old player would play DVDrs but I would get occasional pixelation and skips, this being worse on cheaper media. My new player (a Panasonic RV41) plays them all flawlessly. Try your discs on the PC and in a few friends players to see how different devices handle them.
