    I'm looking for a piece of share that when a video is open in it. The program shows the unedited file into scenes (3 to 10 scenes? What is the name of the software?

    If your video file extension is *.ts, you can use TS Doctor. It can generate thumbnails.
    It is not free but you have 30 days fully functional trial.

    I am looking for video screen editor that uses edits a mkv file and shows a video screen by screen that allows me to erase the pg rating and the shows that are coming up with a clone tool so I can erase the two items with another part of the screen, Is there a video editor that has this?
