    I am only able to find manifest.mpd, can't find the license.

    With or without login I see only 360p or 480p unprotected (no DRM) ..
    .. so you can't find the license url - if no license is used/required

    or is there a hidden feature to get DRM protected HD ?

    So you can download it with yt-dlp or N_m3u8DL-RE
