    Does anybody know of a decent application that will accurately measure frame rate on a raw/captured MPEG file (ie to 2 decimal places, eg 24.76 etc)?

    Thanks Tbear, I have used that one before but it only gives frame rate to the nearest hole second. Need something more accurate!
