I have some important fansubbing questions, please. I'll provide example images. I got them from other subbers.
Where can I get help with creating new fonts for Aegisub, and how do I track the words to make them scroll across or grow or shrink on screen?

How do I make the letters for an episode title automatically appear on screen letters at a time without having to guess the "\k" number?

Those original examples look like an NLE's graphic titling module's work, not some some separate subs app.
Notice the ombré, the black outline, the drop shadow, the extrusion. Standard subs are much simpler text styles than that. Plus, things like letter-by-letter appearance is also fancier than straight subs.
The font itself looks like a pretty basic tall sans serif that have appeared hundreds of times, it's just the stylization that is eye catching (though also common for a certain culture and era).
