How can I record this with yt-dlp? 1 video maybe limited to 2:30 hours.

You'll need to use N_m3u8DL-RE with the right keys. yt-dlp doesn't support DRM decryption

You can do it with N_m3u8DL-RE (you might want/need to change the mpd url to your own though):

Try to use The Stream Detector browser extension if you can't find it in the Network tab.
