I might be wrong but this needs a custom script to download. Never seen such an elaborate attempt at protecting... piracy(?).

Man, this was a really nasty one.

It is only 39:14 out of 39:29 since the last 3 TS packages from that HLS stream are dead. Don't know why.

Edit: Oops, I only now noticed this is pirated so I removed the download link. But if you're curious about how to download:
1. Watch the video at 10-16x speed to load all the ts fragments.
2. Use a addon/program to get all the URLs that look like this by monitoring the network requests:

3. Use again the program to get the output POST of: https://api-play.plhqtvhay.xyz/api/v3.0/playiframe
The one @white_snake was talking about. The URLs from that post request are incomplete but you can at least consider them to be in order. So they can be used to order the TS URLs from step 2.
4. Write a script that orders them. (Sometimes you may be lucky and they are already ordered but you never know)
5. Write a script that makes a get request for each TS link and saves it locally. You should put a time sleep between each request of half a second. If they are spammed the TS fragment that is returned will be empty so that's bad.
6. Append them all into one big TS file and remux it to mkv. Done.

This solution is kinda cheap I know. If you want an easier one you should inspect the network requests and debug some javascript code that involves the loadPlayer function. I couldn't get past their debugger detector so I kinda gave up.
