Obviously I am very new to this. I downloaded a smr coded movie that I would like to convert to VCD. I cannot find out how to do this.
Can someone guide me on how to convert this.....

If it is impossible to convert I would like to at least watch it. on my computer. I installed the SMR codec, but it wont play.....
