  1. I like my Nero 5.5 for VCD's & Music but I would like to also install VCD Easy as well. Will Nero 5.5 & VCD Easy Co-exist on my computer without interfereing with each other?

P.S. - Will VCDEasy do SVCD's? Nero makes you buy an SVCD Plug-in.

    -Thanks-

  3. If you've actually ever used VCD Easy/CDRDAO (VCD Easy is a GUI to CDRDAO), it should be obvious that the answer is "YES".

VCD Easy (i.e., burning with CDRDAO) doesn't install any system files at all and thus in no way affects Nero. Similarly, VCD Easy/CDRDAO is completely oblivious to the existence of Nero.

You can have both installed with no problems whatsoever.

VCD Easy/VCDImager (VCD Easy is a GUI to VCDImager) can make SVCDs. However, it won't do any of the conversion so you will have to encode your MPEGs with another proggy (e.g., TMPGEnc).

    Regards.
