Looking for a player with a specific function

In youtube, when watching a video, when I point the mouse to a point X of the track, I can view the part of the video which corresponds to X. Is there a video player that has the same advantage ?

mpc-hc: (O)ptions > Tweaks > x Show preview in Seekbar.

also available in mpc-be: (O)ptions > Player > Interface > x Use the Preview in the Search.

Restart the player for the option to apply.

Potplayer can also do this, you just have to enable it in the settings

mpc-be and potplayer are fine, but with mpc-hc you have to click on the timeline. Thank you very much to both of you.

If you know of a vlc addon to do the same, I would be very happy.
