    Is your coversion so you can convert SVCD NTSC to VCD PAL? if so I have a coversion guide that works but the ratio changes a little

    I know that professional NTSC film (or indeed cinema film) conversion to PAL is by speeding up the movie slightly from 24 to 25 frames per second. Thats why a movie on a PAL disc is usually 4 minutes shorter than the equivilant NTSC (or cinema) release.

    Does your conversion process use the same trick?
