Auto mask section of video

I don't know if I am phrasing this write, but there is a video with silhouette of people watching a video. I want a way to keep just the silhouette and green screen the rest.

Since the silhouette is darker than anything else in the frame a simple luminance key would do the trick. Almost all video editing software has that capability, there's nothing special about it -- so how you do it depends on what you're using.

I use Vegas 19, but I can also watch a tutorial on youtube to use Premiere or After Effects. I just dont want this to take forever.
