I reinstalled Subtitle Edit from scratch in current version. Where I normally see the previous days version when loading
and can select from those, that feature is somehow turned off. Please help with the setting for that.

If you uninstalled the previous subtitle edit and the setting aren't there when you installed the new version then your backups are lost.
I think,therefore i am a hamster. -
I have plenty of actual backups made and stored on a mirror machine. I did find the option in files to turn on the backups.
But if SE is visible in the START side panel of Win7 (with Paint and the usual stuff) the normal save from previous day is an option tab that appears. I can't explain what the feature is supposed to be called. Over the last several days, that list which appears in the side when selecting SE is not being built now.
I'll just deal with it, I can't explain it if you haven't seen it and know it.Last edited by loninappleton; 6th Apr 2023 at 02:34.

I have a screen shot from my old mirror machine. You can SE, the tab that opens and some previous SRTs that were in a queue from previous.
That 'arrow and tab' thingie is not to be found since I reinstalled clean, no profiles, no anything.
