I selected the 'Blend Frames' option to make playback smoother, however it looks like some fields 'hiccup' after rendering.
This also happens when I try converting PAL to NTSC.
How can I fix this issue? 11 smooth (interlude)_track1_[und].M2V

	PAL country equipment has been able to display NTSC video since the later stages of the VHS era so.....there has rarely been a necessity to physically convert PAL to NTSC.
