I removed the hiss in the audio with CoolEdit after saving the wav from the avi. Now I want to edit and compress using the cleaned wav. When I try to save the edited avi I get an error message in virtual dub. I am forced to used direct stream copy if I want to use the cleaned avi. Any ideas to shrink the wav? Direct stream causes an unnecesarrily huge avi file.
Thanks.
