    Hi, I am looking for a NTSC XSVCD template for TMPGEnc with 720X480. Does anyone know any link for that. Thanks in advance

    load the NTSC SVCD template, then load unlock in the extra directory, and change whatever settings you like, and save it as your own template if you like, or just encode with your modifications
