Ripping PORN movies?

I would like to add some porn movies to my collection of encoded movies, but cannot seem to find specific titles at my local video stores. The titles I'm seeking are of the fetish nature and I can only find these titles at the online dvd rental web sites. My questions are #1, can anyone recommend some good dvd porn rental sites? And #2, if anyone rips porn dvd's, I would like to hear how the results are, because I once read that most porn dvd's are interlaced and in order to encode it properly you would need a de-interlace filter? Not that it would be hard or a problem (since I'm pretty much a pro at encoding) but I'm just curious to hear the results of someone who has already encoded some porn dvd rips.

I prefer divx myself, and I usually encode my movies to fit on at least 2 cd-r's so the quality is dvd quality. I use the divx 4.11 codec, 2 pass vbr, and GordianKnot as the shell program. I also have some vcd movies but I prefer divx, however, I would be interested in both formats if they are the porn movies I am seeking. I know a lot of you guys can encode superior quality vcd, as I can with divx.

I appreciate your response, though, I don't think that is what I'm looking for. I was talking about ripping dvd porn titles and encoding them myself to either divx or vcd format. And I would like to discuss that topic with someone that has already ripped and encoded porn movies.

Well i have encoded quite a few movies. I'm doing in following order:
Smartripper to rip, DVD2AVI to make .d2v file, Gordian Knot to calculate,crop,SMART DEINTERLACE(always) and save file,VirtualDub to encode video with XVID codec (i think it's the best,length of the movie is never more than 1MB away
from what i want),Nandub to join video and audio. I do audio separatly in Ogg format, or AC3 (porn movies are often short so you can afford to
import original DVD sound!!). That would be basically all.

All Rips are excellent quality.

using the "de-interlace" filter on a purely (or almost purely) NTSC source may not be that good of an idea...you will lose half of your vertical resolution and the video will be jumpy (at least this is wut happens to SVCDs...but not sure if it's the same w/ compressed stuff)

if the porn movies are NTSC source, then maybe it would be better to turn force film off in dvd2avi when making the .d2v project file

if the production is after 1989 then it's a foregone conclusion it was shot on video. prior to that you will find an abundance of film sources, suitable for forced film/ivtc if you're a devotee or something. production values are somewhat secondary in this area of interest so i dont bother with anything other than vcd. resizing(blend fields) to x240 takes care of the deinterlace

That's pretty much the method I use to encode, though, I haven't yet made the Xvid leap. Kinda still waiting for G-Knot to impliment that codec into their prog automatically, instead of having to do it manually in v-dub.
