An easy and light program i can convert mostly audio of a video file

Hi.

I look for a program like megui2913 so i can convert any audio from any video file to any audio.

For example if a video has a dts-hd i want to can convert it to simple ac3.

If there is a free program do all that and it is light so i can install it to a not so powerful computer please tell me which program is that.

No it can't convert only the audio files inside an mkv video file.

It can't convert any audio codec to ac3.

It is really to slow.

There's always Avidemux, leave the video as " copy", set the audio to what you want

For a batch scenario, look at Tencoder, you can load a folder as your source and it will add all the videos.
Set "video codec" to "direct copy"
Set the audio bitrate in "video and audio options"

It doesn't need any further development; it does what it does, does it well and works fine in Windows 10, probably 11 also

Yes it does cause I try to convert one h265 video file and change only audio and when I try to see it to 2 different program it doesn't show any picture only audio and yes I choose not change at all the picture of the video so....
Before encoding I can see normally audio and picture of the same video so.....

CHeck the log for an error ( Help/Generate Logs) and find out what went wrong.
I checked with a random HEVC fie on my PC, it converted fine
