My work is closing a deal with Amazon Channels and I need to send them video files within these specs

So far so good, I am able to convert files using Adobe Media Encoder, Handbrake or ffmpeg.

But they also require metadata using Movielabs MMC and MEC standards

I wonder if you are familiar with any tools to build these metadata files or how to handle those, pointing me in the right direction.
I've used only XML as a metadata file format. Thank you so much,
