  1. I'm in TMPGEnc at MPEG setting in Advanced, I want to use the source range, but don't know how.
I know how to use the slider.
A movie is 124 mins. I have to use two CDR disc.I want to know how to figure out the first disc "End frame" numbers with a full copy on 74 mins CDR disc. On second CDR disc do I just use the slider all the way to the end, is that the number for set end frame for second CDR disc.
Need help to figure out start frame number 0 to end frame numbers ? Please show me how.
If a movie is longer than 148 mins (2 CDR disc) than I need to use 3 CDR disc. Need to figure out first and second CDR disc for a full disc 74 mins copy.

What do you do? VCD, SVCD, CBR, VBR CQ, VBR multipass?
Assuming you do VCD MPEG-1, you'll fit 1:14:00 on one CD.
So set the start frame to zero and move the slider to 1:14:00 or a time, where is a cut before 1:14:00. Have a look at the upper left corner of the window, there you see the time.
When you have found the frame, hit "set end frame" and OK. Then name the output file "moviepart1.mpg" or something like this and add the project to the batch list.
Back to the source range, move to the end frame, set it as start frame and watch out for the next end frame and so on...
