    Is it possibly to download lower resolutions with L3 key on those downloaders?
    Ore do they only work with L1 Keys?

    L1 need only for download at high resolution

    It depends on the streaming provider.

    HboMax allows 4K with L3 for example. Not sure of anyone else who does that.

    Quite a few will allow 1080p with L3.

    The majority are 720p or less for L3.
