Batch rename audio tracks like so "[Codec] [Language] [Channels]"

Hi,
I'd love a way to batch rename audio tracks in my MKV files so that their names is composed with thirs respective codec, language and number of channels, like this:

AC3 ITA 5.1 (or 6)
DTS ENG 5.1 (or 6)
AC3 ITA 2.0
AC3 ENG 2.0

I read that mkvpropedit might be capable of that, but I don't know how.
Any help would be appreciated. I'm on Windows.
