Hey guys I have a couple MKV files that has a main audio and a secondary audio (commentary version of a movie) but my samsung Smart TV only plays the the secondary audio with commentary and doesn't offer me any option to change audios.
What software should I use to remove one audio and leave only the main one? And I'm a newbie so if someone can explain how to use the options in the software to do it I would appreciate.

Most likely the so-called “smart” TV does not recognize the format of the first audio track, and is not “smart” enough to get acquainted to it like any reasonably “smart” person would try to do. In other words, it's a rather dumb TV, despite what the fancy name is supposed to convey.
