Hey,
I have an mkv file that has 2 audio tracks one is a ac3 and another a dts. Basically one is in english and the other is in russian, is there any way i can delete the russian one(dts) and keep the english?

Use avidemux and select the audio track you want. Does a perfect job without having to extract the files. It will also convert the format / resolution if you wish.
Mind you this is for keeping the AC3 track and deleting the DTS track.
If you wish to keep the DTS track the process is a bit more involved. -
