soft similar to m3u8dl

I've tried the new software, m3u8dl, it's working great, except that it can't download more than 1 audio track (there's 2 in the file, video description and regular track). Is there a way too ? or a similar software that can ? (I need .mp4 output)

I've tried ismdownloader but it remux in .mkv at the end instead of leaving it in .mp4. is there a way to stop the remux ? and assemble the parts after ?

any suggestions ?
