Can this audio clip be repaired further?

I clipped this from a webinar I wish to watch but the quality of the sound is only suitable for headphones, not for my speakers and on TV it is completely unwatchable.

I opened the file and played around in Adobe Audition and the only thing I could do was to make it a bit louder. It seems the file was already “fixed” a bit, there is no clicking or clipping and the background noise was surely already removed.

I’ll attach the sample below. I would appreciate any tip on how to make this better quality and if it is even possible.
