    What are the best capture softwares which support VFW in 4K resolution?

    Any fake web-cam sources with generic (fake)webcam drivers. Like the Cam Link 4K for camcorder recordings.

    I know only Virtualdub with real VFW in 4K resolution, and OBS with FFMPEG.
    Do you know other capture softwares for Windows ?

    Why would some company who is promoting 4k do it with such an antiquated subsystem as VFW? I mean, REALLY! VFW was antiquated 20 years ago.

    Modern codecs are available on VFW, and Windows 10 still supports it.

    Or do you know any other (NON VFW) capture softwares which support lossless (like ut video) capture in 4K? Please share it.
