    I'm trying to encode some old 480 content and I've been playing around with different settings to figure out the optimum quality vs file size. For some reason, if I try to apply the Smart Blur filter it immediately crashes when I begin encoding.

    I can't even find any way to troubleshoot. I don't believe it generates any kind of error log or DMP file.

    Which exact version of the program? 32 bit or 64 ?
    Did you try the reset buttons first ?

    I'm using the 64 bit one. I just tried clicking the Reset buttons and even though it doesn't appear to modify any of the settings, it seems to have worked. I'm now able to encode it.
