TMPG Smart Renderer cannot open the video part of the file ..

Hi,

I'm an owner of regular version smart-renderer 4, but I have also tried the trial version from version 5 and 6.

Always the same:

Is there any help?


VLC plays and say this is:

Codec: H264 MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (avc 1)

1280 x 720


Codec: MPEG AAC Audio (mp4a)

Stereo 48 khz; 32 Bits pro sample

A more complete report than the one you obtained from VLC might provide additional clues.

Download and run MediaInfo.
Click on "File" in the menu bar then select "Open->File" in the drop-down menus.
Next, go to the folder containing your file.
Select your file and click the "Open" button.
Click "View" and then select "Text" in the drop-down menu.
Cut and paste the report from the Text View window to add it to a new post.
