  1. Hello everyone!

I was looking for some help to fix a seriuos problem I'm currently having with AVI videos conversion and I found this forum.
Hoping you're all doing fine and healthy, I explain the issue:

I use Adobe After Effects 2019 to make video compositions with subtitles. Videos are no longer than 2 minutes and have a 4-7 GB of weight. At the beginning, I used to use VLC Player to convert videos with H264 code and reach a weight of 40 to 120 mb, but it suddenly started causing audio problems (it doesn't work, even mantaining the original audio). So, I found Wondershare Uniconverter and it was ok till I tried to convert a 6 GB AVI video. When I import the original video (edited with AE), it shows a black and white preview with distorsion and, of course, the result has it too.

Converted video preview vs original video.

What have I tried so far?
    - Reinstall Wondershare Uniconverter (didn't work)
    - Try to convert another video with similar parameters (didn't work)
    - Try to convert another video recorded with a smartphone (it worked but no when I process it on AE)
    - Try to restore Wondershare Uniconverter preferences (didn't work)

    Help, pls.

    Stay safe!

This will occasionally cause problems with some software like you've seen:
    Code:
    Width : 1 350 píxeles
because it's not divisible by 4

Vidcoder worked with source file and Wondershare Uniconverted worked changing width. Thanks so much.

Do I have to be careful with height too? And why Vidcoder didn't have any trouble with my source file?

Different software decoding the file. I'm pretty sure height should be divisible by 2 and it will be fine
    for this typical consumer video
