  1. I have a VCD Film in 3 CD'S. I would like to copy this but each CD is more than 700mb!!!! I wonder if there is a way to split it again

    dude just copy the cd with your burning software! It will burn it! did you even try copying the cd? Try it then tell me what happens...

    Just copy them !!!
    As long as the running time is not more than 80 mins,it'll burn !! (in a 700 MB cd-R)
    I guess vcd's uses a different algorithm so it kinds of displays a biggers size than the cd's capacity

    after overhead and without overburning you should be able to fit 804MB on an 80min 700MB CD-R.

  6. burning at mode 2x/a allows u to fit about 800 MB on 700 MB cd-r and 750 MB on 650 MB cd-r...basically, the tracks on the cd are burned closer together...(my best guess cuz of following)

    that's how they were able to progress from 74 min->80 min->90 min cd-rs..even though the burning surface was still the same size, cuz the laser burns the groovers ever closer together
