can any1help i convert avi to vcd, pal ,i have used tmpge templates ,once i load up the template do i need to set anything because i keep on getting blocks all over the place and is panasonic mpeg encoder any good,i have downloaded a phew mpeg movies none of which have that blocky blocks in them ,i need a good template people,and also i cant get any vcd covers,the good site is down ,any 1 suggest another site,thanks and keep on uploading mpeg vcds not avi lol :P
